About Flowell
Flowell is the first app-controlled compression therapy that combines medical effectiveness with elegant design and intuitive use.
Our customers — primarily women in the U.S. between 35 and 65 years old — suffer from chronic swelling such as lipedema or lymphedema and are looking for smart, aesthetic solutions to support their health.

DEINE Mission:
You will take full responsibility for the Instagram channel of Flowell USA.
Your goal: To build the account into a relevant, trusted social media hub in the U.S. health space.
You’ll develop a strategy to combine authentic voices, personal stories, and educational content—through a growing ambassador network and real community building.
Your Responsibilities
Implement and coordinate our ambassador strategy on Instagram
Identify and select micro-influencers (3k–100k followers, focused on lipedema, lymphedema, nutrition, lifestyle)
Direct outreach via DM & coordination of content deals (e.g. 4 Reels / 24 Stories in exchange for a product)
Onboarding, communication & briefing of influencers
Content collection, planning & publishing (closely aligned with our marketing team)
Content Moderation & Social Listening
Maintain a tracking sheet with KPI analysis (follower growth, engagement, conversion)
Organize giveaways to boost reach
YouTube Outreach & influencer coordination
